Brent Moore is the founder and owner of the organization and the tireless leader of the Madjax staff. We sat down with Brent to get more insight about his company and the future of the industry.

What inspired you to start Madjax?
I felt there was a very large demand for a wholesale distributor that had the company values to support the retail dealer with very strong marketing and branding to help them build value in the products and provide unmatched customer service at a fair price.

What would you say sets you apart from the other golf car accessories suppliers?
First and foremost, we put ourselves in the retailer’s shoes and asked ourselves “How can we boost our retailer’s profits?” The biggest game changer for Madjax in the market is not only the products but the methods we use to deliver the product. A few examples are our unique retail packaging, very user-friendly installation instructions and first-class customer service.

What is your biggest challenge in starting and growing Madjax?
Any successful start up company will have many challenges. Just to mention a few, we feel it’s very important to maintain the proper stock so the retailer can count on you to have the product. This within itself is a very large task. But the most challenging task we will encounter over the next few years will be brand awareness from the end consumer.

You’ve come a long way in a relatively short time. What's next for Madjax?
Madjax has many products in the research and development stage and plans to continue bringing new parts to market each quarter but we must keep our eye on our #1 mission, which will be to continue to offer quality products with a heavy focus on value.

Some of the features we plan to integrate in the 2011 year will be bar coding for our products to help retailers with improved inventory control. Where do you see the company 3 to 5 years from now?
I wish I had a crystal ball that would make this much easier but that’s not an option. That said, everyone at Madjax is very exited about the upcoming years and have plans in place for growth.
We are moving into a new warehouse so we can increase the stocking capacity and improve the amount of stock on hand to reduce the amount of out of stock orders.
