Flow-rite Announces Executive Vice President

Flow-Rite Controls is proud to announce the hiring of Patrick Mavrakis to the position of Executive Vice President. Mavrakis will direct all operations of Flow-Rite, lead the executive team in formulating and executing the business strategic plan, and organize each department to optimize performance. He will maintain Flow-Rite’s history of consistent growth with emphasis on sales of proprietary products, while continuously improving efficiency.
“Rick’s leadership and technical experience will be beneficial for Flow-Rite as a vertically integrated company. His energy, creativity, and motivation will help us meet our continuing growth objectives,” said Dan Campau, President of Flow-Rite Controls.
Mavrakis’s over 20 years of experience and senior leadership includes involvement in the industrial battery industry as the Product Engineering/Process Engineering Director for Trojan Battery Company. Mavrakis has also worked in Japan for Honda R&D North America as a Design Engineer. He joins Flow-Rite from Columbus Castings, a manufacturer of value-engineered steel castings, where he was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Acting President. Mavrakis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of California at Davis.
